Parc Aviation is the global market leader in providing aviation personnel on lease to airlines and aviation support organisations, currently providing more than 800 personnel contracted to 60 clients in 30 different countries.

Originally a subsidiary of Irish flag carrier Aer Lingus, the ownership of Parc Aviation passed to management following a buyout in 1995. In July 2008, Parc Aviation was acquired by the Oxford Aviation Academy (OAA) group adding Parc Aviation's flight crew and technical resourcing services to the group's extensive training portfolio.

OAA is the world's leading independent provider of pilot, cabin crew and maintenance training and aviation resourcing services. It is unique in its ability to offer the world's only fully integrated pilot supply chain. From 15 locations across Europe, Americas, Asia and Australia, OAA provides "Total Solutions" tailored to meet the particular needs of customers.

In addition to the resourcing services, OAA operates 49 simulators, has 8 global Type Training Centres and provides a comprehensive range of training courses and simulators available for lease. OAA's Ab Initio pilot training schools are amongst the world's most accredited and have trained over 23,000 professional pilots over the last 45 years.
