Parc Aviation Administrator - China

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate who will be involved in activities related to the recruitment of pilots and will require the following key attributes:

Roles/Responsibilities

You will be motivated and focused to have a successful career. A team player, you will be given autonomy and the opportunity to improve processes systems and marketing within the business. This is a challenging and a highly rewarding opportunity to develop your career in a lucrative environment. This position will be based in Shanghai.

Duties will include,

  • Screenings, attend all screenings and medicals for all clients, manage screening paper work, liaise with pilots, receive and make phone calls to clients and pilots on the screening process.
  • Liaise with Dublin in relation to Paperwork required for screenings and visas and other business.
  • Regular client meetings, courtesy visits. More detail will be provided by each individual contract manager.
  • Copied on all emails relating to Screenings and Parc China and respond to clients in local time zone.
  • In support of Parc Dublin office liaising with clients and make travel arrangements for pilots.
  • Attend client meetings, report back to Dublin
  • Regular reports to Dublin office on feedback from pilots and clients or on any leads that could be of important to Parc.
  • Telephone communication with Parc pilots, potential Parc pilots and to be of support to Dublin flight crew sourcing division.
  • Ad hoc banking and invoicing requirement from Parc Shanghai office.
  • Travel on duty as required for above duties which may require some overseas travel.
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

Skills/Experience

Must have right to live and work in China

Candidate must be fluent Chinese speaker

At least 1 years experience -
Building relationships, excellent communication skills, including confidence in dealing with people both face to face and on the telephone

A third level qualification is desirable
